Rugs On The Run is an Australian owned business, we are registered with the Australian Tax Office so all your purchases stay inside Australia. Our ABN is 55 128 367 635, We also have a phone number if you wish to speak to us.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 business days & delivery times vary within Australia, between 2 to 10 business days depending on location.
How long will it take for a back ordered item to arrive?
Back ordered items are those that our suppliers currently do not have in stock. If you have ordered a rug which has to be placed on Back Order, we will email you with an estimated date of arrival. If you’re happy with the time frame, your order will be placed or a full refund will be issued.
How much does shipping cost?
Some rugs will have shipping included in the price, this will be mentioned in the rugs description. Other wise, a shipping fee will apply depending on your location.
Do you have a showroom that I can visit?

Will my credit card and contact information be secure?
Yes, your credit card information & details are processed via PayPal’s secure credit payments portal.
Can I return my rug if I don’t like it?
Yes, we offer a 24 hour change of mind policy (see terms & conditions).
Is local pickup an option?
Yes… Showroom located at 538 David Street, Albury N.S.W 2640 ( Opp Myer Car Park ) Call or email before arriving to confirm if your rug is in our showroom.
